The difference between working with a solo agent and a team.
What’s the difference between working with a single agent or a team? There are a lot of agents who will do every part of the process themselves, but it can be hard to handle all of the communication on your own.
That’s why Tabatha and I found each other and merged our teams. Together we can provide the highest level of service and communication that’s possible. For example,
if you're working with a solo agent, they won’t be able to take your calls while they’re showing a house to another client.
We’ve put together a team of specialists who all focus on a particular part of the process, but that doesn’t mean they don’t know what’s going on with other transactions. We share all our clients’ information and needs with each other to approach
buying and selling homes as a team.
"There will always be someone who’s focused on you."
Tabatha is instrumental in training and finding talent, and we love how our teams work together. We thank her for all the great services our team members are providing
our clients and database. It’s important to us that we provide support for people before, during, and after their transactions.
We have a ton of team members acting as an extension of Laurie, supporting you through the whole process. There will always be someone who’s focused on you.
Even if you’re not ready to buy or sell, feel free to call or email us. We’d love to answer any questions you have.
