If you’re looking for a new-construction home, here’s how we can help.

Are you looking for other options that you could have as a buyer? If you're thinking about moving, whether you're a local or a long-distance buyer, we have several builders who have terrific communities that they're in the middle of creating.

A lot of times buyers will find these communities online and want to just visit the location. They think that they don't need a Realtor to bring them there. However, it would be in your best interest to align yourself with a Realtor who knows the communities and the area, as they can give you good advice about which location and orientation would be the best.

"If you can’t find the right home, consider new construction."

We can also help with the floor design and suggest which one is most suitable for your needs. Furthermore, we can give you some guidance with insurance. Most importantly, if you're not local, we can send you pictures and give you regular updates about the progress of your new construction so you don't have to be flying back and forth.

We're always here to help navigate these unchartered waters. I have built several new homes, so I know it can be overwhelming if you're not familiar with the area or process. We can help with that, and we’re in touch with the sales agents at the builder’s office, so we get the first emails and calls when the new lots are released, and we pass that on to our clients. If you're looking for a new-construction home that’s nonconforming and outside of a planned development or a larger community, we’re connected to other builders who can help you with that.

The bottom line is if you're looking for a home that you can’t find online, reach out through phone call or email. We'd love to help you and provide other options for you!
