If you’re overwhelmed with the end of forbearance, here’s how we can help.

There’s a lot of news about how great this market is, but there’s another side to it: distressed properties in forbearance. The forbearance program was created to offer a gap in payments during COVID, but that relief is now coming to an end. What many people don’t know is that the forbearance time frame is not forgiven; they still have to make up those missing payments.

Home values have increased so much that many people have a tremendous amount of equity in their homes. If you don’t know what your options are or your financial forecast has changed drastically, you can sell your home and move on with your life.

"If you own a home and aren’t comfortable with your mortgage situation, reach out to someone."

It’s important to have these conversations with trusted professionals. You want to talk with an agent who has the knowledge and experience to advise you, like me. I collect a lot of market information and educate myself on what options are available for people in financial downturns.

If you own a home and aren’t comfortable with your mortgage situation, reach out to someone. It might be time to reset your housing situation and put some money in your pocket. If you know anybody who might benefit from this, encourage them to reach out too. We, and so many other qualified agents, are here to help. Just call, text, or email us.
