There’s a lot of news about how great this market is, but there’s another side to it: distressed properties in forbearance. The forbearance program was created to offer a gap in payments during COVID, but that relief is now coming to an end. What many people don’t know is that the forbearance time frame is not forgiven; they still have to make up those missing payments.


Home values have increased so much that many people have a tremendous amount of equity in their homes. If you don’t know what your options are or your financial forecast has changed drastically, you can sell your home and move on with your life.
